NOZZLES | 3D FDM-Printing

Nozzles are one of the critical parts in FDM-printing. Therefore the choise of a nozzles is extremely important.

Here we will help you with the most dedicated NOZZAL for the filament that you like to work with.

Actually there are two types of filaments:

Mono-material: PLA, PA, PE, PP, PC, PVA, HIPS, PS or the non charged.

Multi-material: Glass fiber charged, Carbon fiber charged and Metal particul charged, Ceramic particul charged, Wood particul charged, Shining particul charged.

NOZZAL searched for a solution of the Multi-material filaments, because of the still growing offer of new materials in filament without the correct answer of the nozzles.

The NOZZAL

At the point we made a guide line, it is placed at 0,6mm from the top. When you can't see this reference line, your nozzle will have to be replaced. Up to 0,6mm you can still use it, but need to reset the bed leveling. You will notice thicker layers if you ignore this reset and other issues as not sticking well on the bed. We put it on each nozzle to help you detecting the wear still caused of this very hard material. This effect can be seen after a big amount of printed parts. We noticed it around 3 to 4 kg. But this is not a straight rule, all your print settings and specific material can decrease or increase this volume.
